Position Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least an associate's degree in accounting or a related field. This role is essential in ensuring our company's accounting functions run smoothly and accurately. 

Responsibilities

 
·         Reconciling bank statements to ensure accurate account balances
 
·         Maintaining organized and up-to-date accounting files
 
·         Processing financial transactions with precision
 
·         Preparing comprehensive financial reports
 
·         Managing accounts to ensure financial accuracy
 
·         Following established accounting standards and guidelines
 
·         Researching and resolving any accounting discrepancies or issues
 
·         Communicating effectively with management and other departments
 

Qualifications

 
·         Minimum of an associate's degree in accounting or a related field
 
·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 
·         Excellent organizational and time management skills
 
·         Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
 
·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 
·         Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
 
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team
